DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Grease a baking pan.
Layer the onion, beef cubes, peppers, and tomatoes in the baking pan and sprinkle with the garlic, sugar, ground pepper, and bay leaf.
Combine the water, tomato paste, Tabasco, and Vietnamese Sauce in a small bowl and pour over the ingredients in the pan. Cover and bake for 35 minutes.
Remove from the oven and stir in the olives and rum.
