DIRECTIONS

Blanch and shell pistachio nuts.

Grind and mix with a few drops of rose water

Add sugar, half-and-half, and almond extract; stir to a fine paste.

Add to prepared Vanilla Ice Cream.

Freeze in churn freezer, or modern ice-cream maker.
