Yummie Chocolate-Dipped Bananas

DIRECTIONS
Peel and cut in half crosswise: 6 perfect ripe bananas.
Insert firmly in the flat end of each half a wooden meat skewer about 6 inches long-or, better still, a tongue-depressor. Store the bananas in the freezer, on a sheet of foil, at least 1 hour.
Prepare: Quick Chocolate Fondue Sauce making up half the recipe. Pour the coating from the double boiler while still warm into a small shallow pan. Remove bananas from freezer and dip them one by one into the chocolate, twirling to assure complete coverage. Serve at once; or return to freezer in a plastic bag for later use.
