INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Place in a greased ovenproof dish: 1-1/2 lb. skinned fillets of sole or other fish
  • Pour over them: 1 cup dry white wine and 2 tablespoons dry sherry.
  • Bake until just done, about 15-20 minutes.
  • Serve covered with the liquid from the dish, which you may reduce slightly.
  • Garnish with Lemon wedges
