Baked Fish With Sour Cream

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Scale, clean, split and remove the bones from the fish.
  • Flatten the fish out. Rub inside and out with paprika and butter.
  • Place on an ovenproof dish. Cover with 2 cups cultured sour cream
  • Cover the dish. Bake about 45 minutes, or until done. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley
