Baked Plum Pudding

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 375°.

Beat until soft 1/2 cup butter, add gradually add and cream the sugar.

Beat in the eggs one at a time.

Combine the raisins, currants and pecans and sprinkle lightly with flour. Add these to the butter mixture.

Combine the bread crumbs, cinnamon, cloves and allspice.

Stir these ingredients into the butter mixture. Bake in a greased pan or baking dish about 30 minutes. Serve with hard sauce, lemon sauce, or Hot Wine Sauce
