DIRECTIONS

  • Heat but do not boil 1-1/2 cups cream
  • Stir in until dissolved 1-1/2 cups sugar
  • Chill.
  • Add 1-1/2 cups whipping cream
  • Churn-freeze the cream following ice cream freezer instructions until it has a slushy consistency.
  • Then add 3 tablespoons lemon juice and 1 1/4 cups orange juice.
  • Continue churn freeze ice cream to its completion.
