Ginger-Soy Ribs

DIRECTIONS
Heat the grill or grease a large pan with nonstick spray.
In the bowl of the food processor, combine the soy sauce, vinegar, hoisin sauce, vegetable oil, sesame oil, pepper flakes, garlic, ginger, and sugar. Process until well blended. Place in a zip-type 1- to 2-gallon plastic bag. Add the ribs to the mixture and seal. Shake to thoroughly coat. Marinate 30 minutes to overnight.
Remove the ribs from the marinade and place on the prepared grill or the baking pan. Pour the marinade into a small saucepan. Grill or broil the ribs, turning halfway through the cooking, until spotted with black and gold, done but slightly pink, 10 to 12 minutes. Arrange the ribs on a serving platter or tray.
Bring the sauce to the boil, cook 5 minutes, and then pour over the ribs.
