Almond-Granola Pie Crust

DIRECTIONS

  • Mix together ground almonds, oats, granola or muesli, whole wheat flour, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in butter. Add honey and gather into a ball.
  • Butter a tart pan and rather than rolling out the crust, press into pan. Fill pan by pressing portions of the dough from the center of the pan out flat with your fingers. Cover entire pan and pinch an attractive edge round the rim.
  • Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours and prebake 5 minutes at 350°F before filling.
