DIRECTIONS
Puree the tofu, miso, and sunflower butter in a blender until smooth.
Combine the scallions, red peppers, 1 parsley, black pepper, gomashio, sun-flower seeds, and mung beans in a medium bowl, and stir in the tofu mixture.
