Raspberry Chocolate Chip Muffins

DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Grease cups of a muffin tin.
In a large bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg. In a small bowl or measuring cup, combine the butter and egg.
Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients, add the butter mixed with the egg and milk, and stir until just combined (do not beat). Gently stir in the berries and chocolate chips.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until the tops are golden and a cake tester comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then remove the muffins and serve. Or place on a wire rack to continue cooling.
