Warm Scallop Salad with Toasted Sesame Dressing

DIRECTIONS
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain again. In a large mixing bowl toss together pasta, cabbage, and onions. Divide mixture among individual plates.
Meanwhile, for dressing, in a small mixing bowl stir together vinegar, 2 tablespoons of the oil, the soy sauce, honey, and crushed red pepper. Set aside.
In a skillet cook and stir sesame seed over medium heat about 5 minutes or until toasted; set aside.
Add remaining 1 tbsp oil to skillet; add scallops or shrimp. Cook and stir about 2 minutes or until opaque. If desired, place romaine leaves atop pasta mixture on plates. Place the scallops or shrimp in romaine leaves. Drizzle dressing over all and sprinkle with toasted sesame seed.
