Bananas Suzette and Grilled Pound Cake

DIRECTIONS
Peel bananas and slice on the bias. In an 8-inch skillet over medium heat add the sugar, juice, and butter. Heat 1 minute or until butter melts and sugar begins to dissolve. Add the bananas and heat about 4 minutes more or until bananas are just tender, stirring once. Stir in the pinch of nutmeg and remove from heat.
Grill pound cake slices on rack of uncovered grill, or use a grill pan, for 1 minute or until golden brown, turning once.
To serve, spoon bananas and sauce over pound cake slices. If desired, garnish with shredded orange peel and additional nutmeg.
