Susan's Unbaked Blueberry Pie

DIRECTIONS
Prepare the pie shell.
Arrange half the blueberries in the baked pie shell.
In a large nonaluminum saucepan, stir together the sugar and cornstarch. Stir in the lemon juice and the remaining blueberries. Bring the berries to a simmer over medium heat. Cook them until they pop and the juices thicken slightly, about 5 to 6 minutes.
Pour the cooked berries over the raw berries in the shell, spreading them as evenly as possible.
Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours before serving.
