DIRECTIONS

  • Place the cole slaw, tomato, bell pepper, and onion in a medium-sized bowl. Add the dressing, and stir to mix well. Set aside.
  • Place a lettuce leaf on the center of each warm tortilla. Top with equal amounts of the vegetable mixture. Roll up the tortillas. Cut in half and serve.
