Tuscan-Style Fusilli

DIRECTIONS
1. Bring a 4-quart pot of water to a rolling boil. Add the pasta, and cook according to package directions.
2. While the water is heating up, coat a 12-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray, add the oil, and preheat over medium heat. Add the garlic, and cook, stirring often, for 1 to 2 minutes, or until soft but not brown.
3. Add the tomatoes and beans to the skillet, and toss to mix. Cook, stirring constantly, for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the tomatoes begin to soften.
4. Add the spinach, broth, garlic powder, and black pepper to the skillet, and stir to mix. Increase the heat to high, and bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10 to 12 minutes while the pasta cooks.
5. Drain the pasta, and divide among individual serving bowls. Top with the sauce and serve immediately.
