Turkey with Mushroom Marsala Sauce

DIRECTIONS
Coat a 12-inch skillet or wok with nonstick cooking spray, and preheat over medium-high heat. Add the onions, and cook, stirring frequently, for about 4 minutes. Add the mushrooms, and continue to cook for about 5 minutes, or until the mushrooms become browned and tender.
Cut any large turkey slices in half to make handling easier. Reduce the heat to medium, and add the turkey. Cook, tossing occasionally, for a minute or 2, or just until the turkey is hot.
Add all of the remaining ingredients to the skillet, and toss well. Transfer the turkey to a serving dish, and cover to keep warm.
Increase the heat to high, and bring the skillet mixture to a boil. Cook a minute or 2, until slightly reduced, pour over the turkey, and serve immediately.
