Spicy Beef and Spinach Burritos

DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Wrap the tortillas in aluminum foil, and warm in the oven for about 10 minutes. Keep warm until ready to use.
Coat a 12-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray, and preheat over medium-high heat. Add the beef and garlic, and cook, stirring constantly to crumble, for about 7 minutes, or until no pink remains. Drain off any excess fat.
Add the spinach, salsa, chili powder, and cumin to the beef, and stir to mix well. Cook for 3 to 5 additional minutes, or until heated through.
Remove the skillet from the heat, and stir in the cheese.
Place about 1/2 cup of the beef mixture in the center of each tortilla. Fold the bottom edge up over the filling, and fold the sides to the center, overlapping them. Serve immediately.
