Aloha Fruit Salad

DIRECTIONS

  • Place all of the fruits in a medium-sized bowl, and toss gently to mix.
  • Sprinkle the lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of the sugar over the fruit mixture. Toss gently, cover, and chill for 2 to 3 hours.
  • To serve, divide the fruit among 4 individual dessert or salad dishes. Sprinkle the remaining sugar over the top, and garnish with the mint leaves. Serve immediately, accompanying the salad with a bowl of Orange-Coconut Yogurt Dressing, if desired.
