DIRECTIONS

  • If you are using fresh strawberries, rinse them well, spread out on a baking sheet, and freeze them for 8 hours or overnight.
  • In a large blender, puree all the ingredients for 1 minute. Stir well and puree until smooth, but still thick and icy.
  • Taste for sweetness and add more honey if needed.
  • Serve in tall glasses, garnished with mint leaves, or freeze in ice-cube trays to make grownup frozen pops.
