Layered Taco Salad

DIRECTIONS
Evenly arrange lettuce in a 9-by-13-inch pan. In a medium bowl, combine celery, green pepper, green onion, and carrots. Arrange vegetable mixture evenly over the lettuce. Layer pinto beans over vegetables.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, skim milk, and taco seasoning. Spread dressing mixture evenly over vegetables. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over top.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. just before serving, evenly arrange tomato and olives over top. Divide mixture into 6 servings. Garnish each with 1 tbsp sour cream.
