Four Cheeses Bucatini Pasta

DIRECTIONS
In a large saucepan of boiling salted water, cook bucatini until just tender to the bite. Drain.
Put half and half in a large saucepan with half of Parmesan cheese. Add Gruyère cheese, goat's cheese and mozzarella cheese. Cook over low heat until cheeses are melted. Season with pepper. Add drained bucatini to cheese mixture. Stir well. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese and chives, if desired. Serve at once.
