Avocado Citrus Salad

DIRECTIONS
Cut zest from pink grapefruit, removing white pith at the same time. Hold grapefruit over a bowl to catch juice and cut between membranes to remove segments.
Peel papaya, cut in half and scoop out seeds with a teaspoon. Cut flesh into thin slices. Halve avocados lengthwise, remove pits and peel. Cut flesh into thin slices.
Arrange grapefruit segments, papaya slices and avocado slices on serving plates. Mix together 2 teaspoons reserved grapefruit juice, olive oil, crushed peppercorns and salt. Drizzle over fruit and serve at once.
