Curried Chicken Sandwiches

DIRECTIONS
Combine chicken, chutney, mayonnaise, yogurt and curry powder in a food processor fitted with the metal blade. Process until mixed and chicken is finely chopped. Stir in celery and onion. Lightly spread one side of each bread slice with butter. Spread about 1/3 cup of filling on each of 6 buttered bread slices. Top with sprouts, if using. Top with another slice of bread, buttered-side down. Cut off crusts. Cut into 3 rectangles. Cover and refrigerate. Keep chilled until served.
