DIRECTIONS

  • Heat oil in a wok or frying pan and stir-fry garlic and onion 1 minute or until softened.
  • Add the chiles and carrot shreds and cook, stirring, 2 minutes, then add the bean sprouts, salt and pepper. Blend well and stir-fry 2 minutes.
  • Add the rice vermicelli with the soy sauce, mix and toss, then cook 2 - 3 minutes. Garnish with shredded green onion and serve at once.
