DIRECTIONS
Brush one side of both slices of rye bread with clarified butter. Spread the dressing on the other side. Top one slice (dressing side) with corned beef, the sauerkraut, and the cheese. Top with the other slice of bread, dressing side down.
In a sauté pan, or on a hot griddle top, brown the sandwich on both sides in the remaining clarified butter. Place in a preheated 375°F oven for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, cut in half, and serve, garnished appropriately.
