DIRECTIONS
Rinse the chicken breasts and pat dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl, combine the lime juice, garlic, cilantro, smoke flavoring, beer, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, and oil. Slip the chicken breasts into a large zip-style plastic bag, pour in the lime juice mixture, seal the top, and turn the bag to coat the chicken evenly. Marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
Prepare an indirect-heat fire in a covered charcoal grill.
Remove the chicken breasts from the marinade, reserving the marinade. Place the chicken, skin side down, on the grill rack. Cover, position the top and bottom vents three-quarters open, and grill for 8 minutes, basting with the reserved marinade. Turn, re-cover, and grill on the second side, basting occasionally, until cooked through, about 8 minutes longer.
Remove the chicken from the grill. You may remove the skin at this point, if desired. Thinly slice the chicken while it is still hot.
Place about 1/4 cup of the chicken in each warmed tortilla. Top with salsa and with guacamole and sour cream, if desired. Wrap like burritos and serve at once.
