In a medium mixing bowl pour boiling water over the bouillon cube and stir the mixture until it is fully dissolved. Add the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix the ingredients well until all the liquid is absorbed by the meat. Form meat into four to six patties, depending on how many people you are serving and the portion size you prefer. Wrap a strip of bacon around each patty and secure with a toothpick. Broil, grill, or pan-fry the patties until they are cooked to desired doneness.
