DIRECTIONS
Line a pie plate with prepared pie dough and crimp the edges. Let the crust rest in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour. Mix remaining ingredients together until smooth. Pour filling into the chilled crust.
Bake in a 425° preheated oven on the bottom shelf for 12 minutes. Raise to the middle shelf and lower the temperature to 375°. Bake for another 30 minutes or until the pie is done. The pie will be done when the filling is set in the center.
