Easy Oyster and Cracker Stuffing

INGREDIENTS

16 oz crackers
1 pint oysters with juice
1 cup butter, melted
1 whole onion, chopped
1 stalk celery with top, chopped
2 tsp sage
1 tsp black pepper

DIRECTIONS

Crumble the crackers into a mixing bowl and sprinkle with sage and pepper. Toss in the chopped celery and onion, then stir in the melted butter, oysters, and liquid from the shells. Stuff the bird and cook right away.
