Dissolve the wasabi in the water in a small bowl. Add the soy sauce. Combine this mixture with the rice in a large bowl. Add the vinegar and gently stir in the crabmeat, avocado, cucumber, green onion, ginger, and mayonnaise.
Line each tortilla with a sheet of nori. Divide the rice mixture among the nori-lined tortillas and wrap .
