DIRECTIONS
Combine seeds, salt, sugar, vinegar, apples, garlic, ginger root, raisins, and pepper in a 3 - 4-quart microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 10 minutes. Stir and microwave for another 10 - 13 minutes, or until mixture has cooked down and slightly thickened. Taste and correct seasoning. Ladle into a jar and store in the refrigerator.
