Tuscan Bean And Tuna Salad

DIRECTIONS
Drain the beans and put in a large mixing bowl.
Combine the vinegar, olive oil, and salt and pepper in a small bowl and whisk until well blended. Pour the dressing over the beans, add 1 tbsp of the basil and half of the parsley, and gently toss to coat.
Arrange the beans on a platter or serving dish, sprinkle with the onion, and top with the tuna. Garnish with the remaining basil and parsley. You may drizzle a little more olive oil and vinegar over all if you wish.
