Teriyaki Marinade

INGREDIENTS

1 cup peanut oil
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/3 cup honey
2 tablespoon green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon Grated fresh ginger
2 whole Garlic cloves, minced

DIRECTIONS

Mix all the ingredients in a nonmetallic container. Add the meat (up to 3 or 4 pounds), toss to coat all sides, cover, and refrigerate for a day or longer.
