Turkey Pasta Salad

DIRECTIONS
Preheat grill or broiler. Prepare Salad: Cook pasta in large pot of boiling salted water until just done. Drain and rinse thoroughly to cool. Place in large mixing bowl and toss with oil.
While pasta cooks, grill turkey for about 3 minutes per side, until white throughout. Do not overcook. Cut into small cubes. Add to pasta, along with celery, pepper, scallions and parsley. Toss and set aside.
Prepare Dressing: Combine all ingredients in blender and process until smooth and creamy. (Salad may be held for several hours, up to 1 day, by refrigerating pasta and dressing in separate airtight containers.)
Before serving, allow dressing and salad to return to room temperature, if possible. Remix dressing and pour over salad; toss. Taste and add salt and pepper, if needed.
