DIRECTIONS

  • Arrange the spring mix, tomatoes, and artichoke hearts and onions attractively on four dinner plates.
  • Mix the Italian seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, lemon zest and parmesan cheese together in a medium-size bowl . Add the shrimp and toss until the seasonings are evenly distributed.
  • Heat the skillet for 2 minutes and cook the shrimp over medium-high heat for 2 - 3 minutes, until no longer translucent in the center.
  • Arrange on the salads and serve with Italian Vinaigrette.
