DIRECTIONS
Arrange the spring mix, tomatoes, and artichoke hearts and onions attractively on four dinner plates.
Mix the Italian seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, lemon zest and parmesan cheese together in a medium-size bowl . Add the shrimp and toss until the seasonings are evenly distributed.
Heat the skillet for 2 minutes and cook the shrimp over medium-high heat for 2 - 3 minutes, until no longer translucent in the center.
Arrange on the salads and serve with Italian Vinaigrette.
