DIRECTIONS
Arrange the salad greens, grated carrots, and mint on four dinner plates, omitting any ingredients that the children dislike. Season the steak with the lime juice, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat a nonstick skillet over high heat for 2 minutes. Add the steak and stir-fry for 3 - 4 minutes, until cooked through.
For the grown-ups, add the green onions and cilantro to the salads. Top with warm steak and serve with Thai Dressing.
For the children, place the steak on the plates. Arrange the tomatoes toes and cucumbers. Serve with favored dressing.
