Asian Noodles With Roasted Red Peppers & Noodles With Peas

DIRECTIONS
Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil. Cook the noodles according to the package directions. Two minutes before the noodles are ready, add the peas. Bring back to a boil and cook until the noodles are done. Drain, pour back into the pot, and cover to keep warm until ready to serve.
When ready to serve, transfer the children's servings to another dish. Toss with the children's version of the Sesame Ginger Sauce and garnish with sesame seeds.
To the remaining pasta, add the roasted red peppers, green onions, and cilantro. Pour the Sesame Ginger Sauce over the pasta and mix well. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
