Cranberry-Glazed Cheese Pie

DIRECTIONS
For Crust: Combine crumbs, sugar, and butter; mix well. Press into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool.
For Filling: Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add cream cheese and blend until well mixed. Refrigerate until slightly jelled. Beat again. Mix grated apple with sugar; add to gelatin mixture, blend, and pour into prepared crust. Chill.
For Topping: Mix cornstarch and sugar; add juice and heat, stirring until thickened. Add apple slices and cook until soft. Arrange slices on top of pie, pouring any remaining juice mixture over. Chill.
