Arugula and Goat Cheese

  • Preheat the oven to 450°F. Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet.
  • Spread half of the goat cheese on top of the crust up to 1/2 inch from its edge.
  • Sprinkle lightly with black pepper. Arrange the arugula leaves on top, pressing them down gently into the cheese. Sprinkle lightly with salt, dot with the remaining cheese, and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Bake the pizza until the arugula has wilted and the goat cheese has melted, about 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, transfer to a cutting board, and cut into slices.
