DIRECTIONS

  • Put each of the various white and black zebra toppings in its own salad bowl.
  • Have your child measure 2 cups low-fat milk; pour it into the mixing bowl. Have them tear open the envelope of vanilla pudding mix and pour it into the mixing bowl.
  • On low speed, mix the milk and pudding powder for about 2 minutes (pudding will start to thicken). Spoon the pudding into medium-sized bowl; set aside.
  • Your child can measure and pour another 2 cups low-fat milk into the mixing bowl. Have them tear open the envelope of chocolate pudding mix and pour it into the mixing bowl.
  • On low speed, mix the milk and pudding powder for about 2 minutes; set aside.
  • Your child can sprinkle 1 tbsp of any of the white toppings in the bottoms of several plastic cups.
  • Help your child use a 1/4-cup measure to scoop 1/4 cup of the chocolate pudding into each cup. Then your child can use a second 1/4-cup measure to scoop 1/4 cup of vanilla pudding into each cup.
  • Your child can sprinkle 1 tbsp of any of the black toppings on top of the vanilla pudding in each of the cups.
  • Put a dab of light dessert topping or canned whipped cream on top, if desired.
