  • Prepare ice-cream maker according to manufacturer's directions. Sometimes freezing the container of the electric ice-cream maker at least one day ahead works best.
  • In mixing bowl, beat milk with sweetened condensed milk and chocolate syrup until combined.
  • Pour mixture into ice-cream maker and continue, following ice-cream maker manufacturer's directions.
  • While you are all waiting for the ice-cream maker to work its magic, put the cookies in a storage-sized resealable plastic bag and crush them into pieces.
  • Once ice cream is ready (frozen and fluffy), stir the cookie pieces in by hand.
