DIRECTIONS
In a small bowl blend cheese with olive oil until smooth.
In a large bowl, combine greens, prosciutto, and apples. Spread tortillas with cheese mixture and then with greens mixture. Tuck sides in and roll up like a cigar. Cut in half on the diagonal before serving.
