Mom-Style Chicken Salad

Remove the skin from the poached chicken breasts, and remove the meat from the bones. Cut the chicken into strips (a serrated knife works well for this).
In a food processor or blender, mince the parsley, scallions and garlic with the vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Add the mayonnaise and process until smooth. Turn the dressing into a small bowl and fold in the sour cream.
Two hours before serving, combine the chicken and dressing and refrigerate. Stir in the broccoli just before you serve the salad. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
