Iced Peach Soup

DIRECTIONS
- In a blender or food processor, puree the peaches, sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice until completely smooth. Pour into a medium bowl. Whisk in the sour cream thoroughly; whisk in the water and the white wine. Chill the soup, covered, for several hours before serving. A few edible flowers--unsprayed, please--make a nice garnish to float on top of the bowl; a crystal punch bowl makes a nice vessel to float the flowers on top of.
