Teriyaki Steak

DIRECTIONS
Cut the steak into four serving pieces and place them in a flat dish. Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the meat, stirring around so each piece is coated. Marinate at least 4 hours, or overnight. The meat may also be cut into cubes for cooking on skewers.
To cook, remove from the sauce, place under a broiler and cook to desired doneness, turning once. This can also be prepared on an outside barbecue--dribble the remaining sauce over the meat before cooking. Serve with hot steamed rice. A few lime slices make an attractive garnish.
