DIRECTIONS

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together for 30 seconds.
  • Sift the dry ingredients together. Add the oil, wine, vanilla, and dry ingredients to the egg mixture. Mix for one minute, making sure everything is blended.
  • Grease and flour two 9" cake pans, pour in batter and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Remove from cake pans and cool on racks. Frost as desired.
