Wonderful Peanut Butter Cookies

Serves 4
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350° F. Place the peanut butter, butter, and sugars in a medium mixing bowl and mix with an electric mixer until combined. Add the egg and vanilla. Sift the flour and baking soda together and gradually add them to the peanut butter mixture.
- Drop the dough by tablespoonfuls, spaced 2 inches apart, onto nonstick cookie sheets and flatten out each cookie with a fork. Bake for 15 minutes.
