  • Combine the sugar, butter, and milk in a large heavy saucepan. Over high heat, bring to a rolling boil, stirring continuosly, and continue to boil the mixture for 5 minutes.
  • Remove the mixture from the heat and add the chocolate chips, stirring until melted. Add marshmallow cream, walnuts, and vanilla. Mix until well blended.
  • Pour into a buttered, greased 13 X 9-inch baking pan. Let it cool for 15 minutes, then refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Cut it into 2 X 3-inch squares.
