DIRECTIONS
- In a double boiler, over low heat, place chocolate chips, water, sugar, and egg yolks; heat, stirring, until chips are melted. Let cool for a short while.
- Fold in egg whites. Fold in whipped cream. Break angel food cake into bite-size pieces. In a lightly buttered 8 x 8 x 2-inch cake pan, place half of the cake, then top with half the mix. Repeat this process. Cover and chill for 24 hours.
